TAP air portugal: really poor customer service and bad communication. Flying from Brazil to Paris, with connection in Lisbon. My flight in Lisbon was cancelled twice (16H35 then 19H35). i ended up flying at 3am the next day, so had 17H connection time.. At 1am when i came back to the aiport, there was no TAP staff to help travellers check in.
